A space to pause, reset, and reconnect. Through breath and vibration, we'll move beyond the noise of daily life and return to the heart. Breathwork can offer an incredible experience that revitalizes your body's energetic system. It's not only a wonderful way to relax - it also has tremendous healing powers for physical health as well as emotional well being by helping you reach a state of deep relaxation which boosts immunity while balancing mind-body alignment.
My Foundation in Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitation
My breathwork offerings are deeply anchored in certification from the Pause Breathwork Facilitator Training—a rigorous 6-month online journey led by expert facilitators. This program certified me in the Pause Method™, a trauma-informed, results-oriented system that combines conscious connected breathwork with somatic healing, nervous system science, and energetic mastery.
Designed to transform facilitators from helpers into embodied healers, the training unfolds in four transformative phases:
• Foundation & Safety — Mastering the Pause Method (continual connected breathing to move stagnant emotions), trauma-informed principles, the four stages of safety, personal embodiment practices, and creating sacred, regulated containers where deep healing unfolds without overwhelm.
• The Art + Science of Breathwork — Blending neuroscience, anatomy, and trauma-aware practices; learning to support diverse needs (including pregnancy-safe adaptations) while guiding intentional, breakthrough journeys.
• Energetic Mastery — Developing Pause Energetic Maps, facilitator presence, energetic hygiene, tracking subtle states, attunement to participants, and somatic integration of emotions stored in the body.
• Facilitation Excellence — Advanced group holding, intuitive discernment in complex moments, vocal guidance and energetic coherence, crafting experience arcs for profound sessions, and accessing spiritual depth through embodied presence.
This is not surface-level breathwork—it's a somatic revolution: addressing anxiety, stored trauma, and disconnection where they live in the body and nervous system. The method emphasizes safety first, preventing re-traumatization while enabling rapid release and awakening.
Complementing my plant medicine facilitation and soundbath expertise, this training allows me to weave breath as a gentle yet powerful opener—preparing the body and energy field for deeper journeys with mushrooms or pure vibrational immersion. Every session becomes a full-circle experience: breath awakens and releases, sound soothes and integrates, and the medicine reveals when ready.

My facilitation is enriched by certification as a Pause Somatic Coach through their 7-month immersive Somatic Coaching Certification program. This training centers on The Somatic System™ and Pause’s Signature Somatic Coaching Method - a revolutionary, trauma-informed approach that works directly with the living body to create deep, sustainable transformation beyond mindset alone.
Grounded in neuroscience, physiology, and energetic principles, the program equips facilitators to:
• Harness the body’s innate intelligence for root-level breakthroughs
• Regulate the nervous system, identifying and gently shifting states from survival/fight-flight-freeze to safety, connection, and expansion
• Facilitate somatic release of stored trauma through practices like parts work (integrating fragmented aspects of self), inner child reparenting, pain integration, and embodied emotional processing
• Master energetic attunement and alchemy - reading body cues, shifting energy patterns, and maintaining alignment to hold powerful space without depletion
